IGNITE the goddess within

Maine river stones are laid in the copper basin to connect us to the earth and ground us into the present moment. Warm water infused with a locally grown and curated plant + mineral bath soak (from Sunny Field Herbals + Lunaluxe Botanicals) is added to provide you natural healing properties. As your feet soak we will start with a singing bowl sound bath + grounding meditation, supporting you in anchoring into the present moment and releasing all that is currently not serving your highest good.

After  the opening ceremony, we will address areas in your life you feel are holding you back, and how to best release the hold you feel they have on you.  The releasing ritual is completed with a clay based exfoliating scrub, and cleansed away with warm water, washing away any lingering energetic ties, still attached.

Now that our releasing ceremony is complete, it is time for 30 minutes of deep relaxation. 

A hot paraffin wax treatment will be applied to your feet and a hydrating mask to your legs, these will sit for 15-20 minutes. 

As the nourishment of these products absorbs into your skin, so does your intention into your entire being. An uplifting oracle message will be provided to you to reflect on during your absorption time. You may use this time to meditate, nap, journal, draw (a notebook will be provided). An eye pillow and a heated/weighted neck pillow are available for you as well.

Next, channeling your intentions. I will perform an intentional energetic massage and reiki session. Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the Reiki Master can channel energy through a client, with and without touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the client's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. I will attune your energy to the frequency of your intentions, allowing you to better align with your manifestations + goals.

A hot towel compress Infused with essential oils is then applied, sealing the ritual and bringing it to a close.  A  sage + palo santo clearing is provided before you reemerge into the world, anew.
